We have an urgent search, this week for 1 or 2 senior consultants:
 
•         LOCATION          Caribbean basin (Venezuela)
•         TIMEFRAME         January / February for the project design + 9 months for project implementation
•         CLIENT               Oil and Gas Sector (on shore refinery)
•         SCOPE                 To remodel and to implement Maintenance organization and processes + contractor integration. To improve motivation of people.
•         PROFILE              A senior consultant with solid background in Change management; Maintenance; People management and Risk management strategy.  Substantial Latin American work experience is required
•         IDIOMA               Native / Fluent Spanish and English with a good technical vocabulary. French would be a plus.
